She is currently pursuing her Masters in Music degree in Jazz Studies at SUNY Purchase where she has the honor to study with John Abercrombie, John Faddis, Todd Coolman, David DeJesus, Pete Malinveni and Alexis Cole. She is also the featured vocalist of their Big Band and Latin Jazz Orchestra which periodically performs at Birdland.
She earned her BFA major in Vocal Jazz Performance at the City College of New York where she studied with Mike Holober, Scott Reeves, Ray Gallon and Adam Cruz, regularly attends workshops and masterclasses imparted by Jazz authorities Barry Harris, Sheila Jordan and Fred Hersch among others.

She has taken part in numerous vocal and instrumental private lessons, most notably studying Speech level singing technique under Miguel Manzo, and participated in International Jazz Seminars and Master Classes in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Cadiz and Granada.

Born and raised in Germany she moved to Spain at the age of 10 and likes to think that she inherited the best of both cultures; the liveliness and spontaneity of Spanish character and the strong Germanic sense of responsibility and focus.

From a young age Corina has shown a deep love and connection to music. Bitten by the jazz bug as a teenager, she decided to undertake years of intensive, self-directed study as well as exposing herself to live music any chance she got both as an audience member and participant.
